Antoinette Klatzky is a facilitator, systems change leader, intrapreneur, and strategist dedicated to radical regeneration for people and the planet. Over the last decade plus, she has co-created social enterprises, innovated on philanthropic strategy and hosted activation of local, national and global movements. Antoinette currently serves as the Vice President of Programs and Partnerships of the Eileen Fisher Foundation and serves on the boards of TIDES Network, Women’s Funding Network, Westchester Community Foundation and the Presencing Institute.

She has been actively engaged with the Presencing Institute since 2009 and continues to serve as Senior Faculty for the u-school annual cycle along with ecosystem activation programs like the Global Forum and the GAIA Journey, a global movement of 13,000 changemakers during COVID-19. Antoinette continues to serve as faculty on specific engagements such as the UNDP Action Learning Lab, Philanthropy 4.0, and other Presencing Institute initiatives.

Through her role with the Eileen Fisher Foundation she hosts Women Together, a series building connection and resilience for women around the world, prior to which, she led the development of Choose Handloom, a human rights initiative in the EILEEN FISHER supply chain and supported the launch of a recycled clothing initiative, now known as Eileen Fisher Renew.

In addition to the education she carries from the Presencing Institute methods and tools, Antoinette is an avid movement and embodiment enthusiast as she is a registered yoga teacher, a ‘Joker’ in Augusto Boal’s work of Theatre of the Oppressed, and a practitioner of Arawana Hayashi’s Social Presencing Theater, Wendy Palmer’s Leadership Embodiment and The Circle Way.

Antoinette has been recognized by the YWCA’s Salute to Women and Racial Justice as a “Person to Watch” and continues to serve as an advisor to various networks on systemic and strategic action for racial equity and justice.
