This MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) run in partnership with MIT Learn is a program on the foundations of Theory U — a process for transformative change blending systems thinking, consciousness practices, and civic action — through hands-on tools and live sessions with thousands of changemakers worldwide.

We offer online and in-person Theory U programs for you to apply to your context.
u-school programs blend state-of-the-art systems thinking, action learning, social arts, awareness-based practices, and multi-sector collaboration.
Certifications
We offer certification pathways with multiple levels of mastery.
Pursue certifications on Awareness-Based Systems Change or one of our Social Arts: Social Presencing Theater or Visual Presencing.
Action Research
We support knowledge generation for advancing awareness-based systems change.
An action research approach that views consciousness as the key for societal transformation.
