Florentina Bajraktari
Florentina is a core team member at the Presencing Institute. Her role
includes the management of the u.lab 1x +
u.lab 2x online programs cycle, and the design and facilitation of
online-to-offline engagement tailored to specific partners.
She has a background in politics at the local and international levels, which has given her an understanding of the complexity of our traditional economic and political systems as well as a systemic understanding of the leverage points where change is needed most.
She is particularly interested in designing processes that activate individual transformation and foster collaboration as a starting point for societal renewal in the field of education, workplace innovation and sustainability.
Currently she is working with colleagues across organisations to host a multi-local online innovation journey for individuals and teams who are co‑shaping more equitable social systems worldwide and leading youth engagement at the Presencing Institute.
All of Florentina’s work is dedicated to help individuals and communities feel empowered and take action. As such, she is also a co-founder at The Hive Experiment, an initiative working to bridge the gap between new technology, social innovation and sustainability by building a community of practice that collectively co-creates tangible actions that lead to a more vibrant and sustainable society.
Florentina has a Masters in Political Science from the Free University of Brussels and a Masters in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of technology, Sweden.
