Grace has been using Theory U as a consultant for almost a decade. She has been the lead consultant on projects related to culture change, leadership development and racial justice. Grace’s deep dedication to her work stems from her passion for community building and healing, supporting emerging leaders of color like herself, and building capacity within organizations so the work is sustainable. 

Grace graduated from Northeastern University in 2015 with a BA in International Affairs, Political Science and a minor in Social Entrepreneurship. Her studies gave her the opportunity to travel around the world to Brazil, Ghana and South Africa and work at global non-profits Oxfam America and the United Nations Association.
