Maria is part of the u-school for Transformation by Presencing Institute core team, working to explore ideas on how to support and scale profound societal innovation. In the past, Maria served as a global lead in a +500,000 people top consulting & technology organization, leading innovation projects and transformation in complex systems. She is also a member of the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network that aims to contribute to the implementation of the SDGs through collaborative action. Maria also organizes and holds the space at ‘Deep U | Awareness-Based Human-Flourishing’ events and retreats and serves as a Heartfulness meditation certified trainer. Inspired by the ServiceSpace’ Gandhi 3.0 experience, she created a prototype of an Embassy for Humanity and Planet Welfare - a physical space that holds regenerative and gift ecology networks and projects for the wellbeing of all living beings and the planet.
