The u-school for Transformation and the Presencing Institute (the holding entity that maintains the governance, management and administration of u-school and other initiatives supporting awareness-based systems change) use a Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike  3.0 Unported License for all public materials on our websites. This lets others share: copy, distribute, and transmit the work, as well as remix: tweak, adapt, and build upon the work, even for commercial reasons. This license is often compared to open-source software licenses. All new work based on ours will carry the same license, and thus any derivatives will also allow commercial use.
