At the intersection of professional life and life purpose, many gifted, creative and empathic women discover their “activist heart” beating loudly yet aching to express itself...

The Women for Climate Hub invites you to a co-learning journey that empowers women to positively influence societal change while sustaining their well-being and a deep sense of purpose.

JOIN our community of system change practitioners, learning together to rise as leaders of Inclusive Climate Action and co-create projects for the flourishing people and planet.

WHY

Catalyzing community for greater impact.

In our co-learning journeys, we follow Theory U methods to discover how to leverage all our talents, experiences and expertise. In this way, we can learn how to co-create a context for our fullest expressions to be received and appreciated - and how to weave ourselves together for greater impact!

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Together we are co-creating experiences that equip us with the leadership capacities that harness the synergy between strategy, playful exploration and creative collaboration to form thriving systems.

HOW

We co-facilitate generative conversations via Zoom (twice per month, starting in September 2023), explorations, and practices of transformational leadership skills following the awareness-based method for systems change by MIT - Presencing Institute / U-school for Transformation. We use the Inner Development Goals as a North Star that guides us through the Transformational Skills for Sustainable Development co-learning journey. This season, we pay special attention to the IDG dimensions of Being, Collaborating and Acting.

OUR APPROACH

Our journeys are deeply rooted in the principle that recognizes that all beings are deeply connected to other beings and the natural environment, including their actions and thinking.

Our co-learning journeys equip you with the transformational leadership skills to harness the synergy between strategy, intuition and creative collaboration to form resilient and flourishing communities.
