Intention

Activating innate change-making potentials to transform our inner/outer worlds.

Description

InterConnecting-U  Hub was co-initiated by Gabriela Buchfink and Paula DosSantos Papel, who met in January 2024 for the first time virtually and found their deep connection in the fields of transformation and inner development. 

We aim to use Theory U from a very practical perspective: To explore and bring forward our innate potential in our lives and in our world. And we'll be tying in the Inner Development Goals as well, because we know and have experienced that every outer challenge of what we want to DO or ACHIEVE  is impacted by inner dimensions of whom we need to BE or BECOME to reach those goals. 

Our intention is to share and explore this inner and outer dimensions in a participatory way with all our hub members, as well as  introduce a practical tool that combines inner and outer gazes:   The Personal Growth Canvas (CC) for Self Leadership, Personal Development and Innovation, developed by Gabriela Buchfink in 2015, when she had her first crucial experiences of how inner growth and the ability to lead and create actually work together. 

What you can expect from this Hub: 
►Regular 90 min meetings every two weeks on Sundays
Times:  19pm -20.30 CEST / Berlin = 1pm-2.30pm EDT / Toronto

We would like to invite you to pursue the personal or professional intention that you are holding, in order to learn how to bring it forward with the tools of Theory U, Inner Development Goals, and the Personal Growth Canvas.   We also will guide an open process to see, which shared intention emerges in our InterConnecting-U hub, and how we can cultivate shared intentionality together.   

So if you'd like to bring into our hub, any special moments, skills or experiences from your life and profession,  we encourage you to engage in co-creating these hub experiences with all of us.
