I have come to realize as someone with a position of leadership within a system I spend too much time in my head - locked into overthinking and analyzing. It was refreshing to have the chance to view my work and my context through a new and more creative window. The workshop helped me realize that my relationship with the system had become too small, tight, and stuck.
