As 2026 began, uncertainty seemed to deepen from every direction. We asked ourselves: How can we show up for our global community right now?
The answer became this year's Presencing Series—a nurturing response to support leaders and changemakers navigating these times. From March 5th through June 18th, six 90-minute live sessions offer a pathway from inspiration to action, weaving together inspiring stories, embodied practices, collective sense-making, and hands-on prototyping support.
These sessions create space to:
Whether you're seeking connection with fellow humans who care, exploring intersections where breakthrough change is happening, or nurturing the smallest seed of an idea into a growing initiative for systems transformation—this journey welcomes you.

Woven into the fabric of Presencing Series 2026 are the Regenerative Futures Labs—a new offering from the Presencing Institute that transforms this year's Series into a complete six-session U-journey from sensing to actualizing.
Embedded at key moments (Sessions 3, 5, and 6), the Labs leverage our decades of experience with Theory U to help you move ideas into action. These highly interactive workshop sessions create open-access activation space where changemakers support each other's emerging work—whether you're holding a nascent idea sparked during the Series or a project-in-progress you've been developing for years.
Join any single Lab, or experience the full six-session arc from insight to prototype initiative.

The future we long for may be closer than we think. What becomes possible when we recognize the living connections between the soil beneath our feet, the food that nourishes us, and the health of our communities? This session weaves together stories of innovation, intimate breakout conversations, and collective harvest to explore the living connections between regenerative agriculture, human health, and financial systems. In carefully held space with a global community, we'll sense into where new economic models are revealed when we honor the relationship between land and people.
Special Guest: Nipun Mehta, Manish Srivastava

Change is happening really fast. How do we reclaim our capacity to sense, know, and act amid forces designed to fragment our attention and polarize our communities? This session brings together ethical AI innovators, experts in embodiment and collective sense-making, and practitioners navigating the economies of attention. Through story, embodied practice, and dialogue, we'll explore possibilities to transform our relationship to technology and reclaim our full human capacity for knowing.
What conversations are calling to you? Through Open Space Dialogue, this facilitated workshop invites us as a global community into collective generative space to surface what matters most. What challenges, concerns, or aspirations are you carrying? What future do you sense is possible? We'll practice deeper qualities of listening and generative dialogue to sense underlying structures together and to surface emerging possibilities. What new connections, insights, or collaborations might reveal themselves in this space?

This session offers a planetary moment to pause, connect to heart and Source, and be in presence with the whole of our reality—the challenges we face and the future we sense is possible. In times of uncertainty, how do we access the deeper layers of knowing and awareness available to each of us? Through embodiment, stillness, and shared presence, we'll explore the immense resource that lives within. This is an invitation to feel ourselves as part of a global community carrying rooted intention to bring the future we long for into being—connected to source, to each other, and to the earth that holds us all.
How do we move from inspiration to action? This lab creates space to surface, share, and workshop an initiative or prototype idea you're carrying. Using processes refined through years of practice and experience at the Presencing Institute, you'll receive practical feedback from colleagues in small groups while offering your own insights and resonances to nurture their emerging ideas in return. Whether you're refining work you've been developing for seasons or exploring a new inspiration born during this series, we'll collectively tend to these seeds of the emerging future—identifying next actionable steps and supporting each other as ideas begin to sprout. It takes a village.
This culminating session of the Series will showcase a wide range of prototypes from around the world being developed for systems change. Prototypes developed through the U-process will be invited to present, receive feedback, and potentially connect with collaborators and resources. Whether you're presenting a prototype idea or simply wanting to explore what others have been cultivating, you're invited to join us in this garden of emerging possibilities and celebrate the seeds and shoots of the regenerative future that are already taking root. Applications to present will open May 21st.
All sessions start at 10 AM Boston time, last 90 minutes, and will be recorded for on-demand viewing.

7 PRACTICES FOR TRANSFORMING SELF, SOCIETY, AND BUSINESS
By Otto C. Scharmer and Katrin Kaeufer
A revolutionary guide to catalyzing multi-system change and planetary healing. Experience 7 practices combined with powerful frameworks to create a more integrated and conscious future.
We are living in a time of unprecedented crisis and breakdown. But amid the chaos, small “islands of coherence” are emerging—localized pockets of pioneering thought leaders taking action to begin to catalyze multi-system transformation.
The authors share transformative real-world stories of these islands of coherence from the frontlines of change across the globe. You’ll go inside the experiences of paradigm-shifting change makers and gain powerful practices for sensing and actualizing the future that wants to emerge.
