Building on the series we launched together late 2025, we continue and evolve our exploration of business, education, and business education that moves beyond models that no longer serve and toward those grounded in flourishing, regeneration, and supporting the well-being of all. In a collegial environment, we connect with peers to build cross-institutional alliances, share our questions, struggles, aspirations and action, gain practical methods for curriculum transformation, and experience awareness-based practices from Theory U that support deep systems change.

We kick off on June 1 with a session to co-shape the fall agenda – a chance to bring your ideas, questions and context to the design of the series. We warmly welcome those who join from the very beginning, as well as those who step in along the way.
