
Antje Schwarze lives in Cologne, Germany. She is trained as an social anthropologist and systemic coach, she brings many years of experience in facilitation and process design within organisation, multistakeholder networks and in the field of citizien participation. She supports NGOs and local administrations by strengthening the impact of their projects through Theory U and Social Presencing Theater. Her work lives at the intersection of ecological and social change, urban planning, social innovation and the development of personal skills for transformation. She brings SPT both into leadership learning and to students of social work and sustainability.
She hosts two practice groups: an online SPT group in German and one as part of the IDG Hub Cologne. She also offers SPT courses focusing on sustainability and regenerative communities. Much of her work takes place in nature, where embodied sensing and field awareness open pathways for future-oriented action.
Since December 2024 she is member of the SPT Basics program faculty.
