Description
Positive change involves changes in attitude, behaviors, practices, policies and systems that lead to better outcomes such as, increased wellbeing, better health, more equality, sustainability, productivity, and social justice. It is seen as a path that creates better future for individuals and society as a whole.
Enablers play various roles as mentors, coaches, teachers, facilitators, and counselors providing resources, support, and guidance to individuals, teams, organizations, and communities to create better future for everyone.
Enablers develop positive change projects that promote social justice, environmental sustainability, and other values that support positive change on a larger scale.
The Positive Change Enablers Circle is envisioned as a membership-based diverse community where every member works on their positive change project related to individual, team, organization, community, and/or society. PCEC will enable its members to transform themselves to become leaders who make positive change happen. The community members will be encouraged to support each other in facing the transformation challenges and resistance to change - and become fellows on their transformational journey. The members will be supported by professional positive change coaches.
In this hub we would like to work together on the principles, structure, and methodology for starting such a community. We understand that the future community will be a living, evolving organism, continuously adapting to new challenges and possibilities.
