Co-create and co-explore to experience a generative learning journey
The intention of the E2E Hub:
- Hold space for growth while connecting to personal intention and attention
- Offer safe place based space, to experience and practice materials from the Ulab 1x course
- Practice building trust towards open-source, sharing culture and co-creation
- Engage with a cross-sectoral change maker community
- Protoype awareness-based systems change and collaboration through participating professions and sectors
Participation
Our hub is open to everybody who is interested in Theory U from any sector and industry. The time is now to connect changemakers across sectors and industries and create momentum towards innovative and post-heroic leadership on all levels.
We want to offer 5-6 or face to face or online whole group meetings during the course though now we do not know yet how many people will be participating! Face to face meetings along with the coaching circles provide the most direct access to the Theory U materials situated online.
Concerning language: We will mainly like to host the sessions in English, but will in order to make the U.Lab MOOC accesible to Dutch natives encourage you to speak you in your mother tongue if a sufficient number participate!
Location
Last year the 2022 version of this hub convened very successfully partly online and also in person. This year the hub will, most likely, be in person in or around Almere Oosterwold
Convenors Point of View
One of our interests and intentions on convening the hub, is to offer our group of learners group improved access to the mindfulness based aspects of the course and share what we sense as the possibilities of the emerging future. We are also keen to co-design co-develop and co-deliver, the Ulab learning journey with whoever participates. So we are happy for us all to participate and collaborate in a way that feels most compatible with our intentions and passions, assuming these will be a good fit with actual the Ulab course curriculum schedule!
We also intend to facilitate the hub in a way that enables you to get the most out of the experience and enable you to experiment, learn and grow in a safe fun collaborative atmosphere.
