In this module participants will develop their capacity as leaders of awareness-based systems change. It focuses on personal leadership, cultivating the inner condition, the weaving of relationships between participants and the building the confidence for action that will be necessary to face the challenges of the present moment.
Bringing Intention to Action.
The program focuses on "learning by doing" to drive collective impact in participants' specific work areas, projects, and contexts. It enables them to apply their learning directly to their professional practice and environment, transforming emerging ideas into actionable prototypes. Participants will also broaden and deepen their regional networks, fostering collaboration with peers.
Activating ecosystem change.
Participants will refine their prototypes and projects for regional and global impact while enhancing leadership and transformation within their contexts and ecosystems. They will co-lead learning spaces for future cohorts, share knowledge, and address specific cases using the power of collective intelligence.
To participate in Module 2 it is necessary to have completed Module 1 or the Presencing Foundation Program of the Presencing Institute.To participate in Module 3, it is necessary to have completed Module 2. ELP is part of the u-school for Transformation Certification Pathways.
