A learning community to support all interested in collaborative decision making
At a time when we are witnessing polarity and division in many of our communities across the world, we are excited and inspired by the contribution that collaborative decision making can make in building sustainable bridges. How can we come to agreements that are created, held and sustained by the people impacted by them? We are interested in all forms of collaborative decision making. The core members of our hub have some understanding of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Convergent Facilitation (CF) which support us in navigating our conversations with care. Having studied NVC is not a pre-requisite for joining or visiting our hub of course.
We plan to work in many and varied ways: together as a group, in sub-groups and individually. Some of us are actively engaged in work in the field. We are all learning and assimilating as we move along and are committed to creating the space to ‘let come’ (Theory U).
Pop in and get to know us if you are interested. Hope to see you at one of our events.
