I'd like to find others around Oxford who are interested in exploring Theory U and how to apply it in organisational and individual work to inform and learn. I am quite new to Theory U, and would like to work with others who know more, less or a similar amount to me.

I think it would be good to have 6-10 of us who can meet from time-to-time and would like to share knowledge, experience and ideas.

I am ambivalent about whether we are an open or closed group - I think both have pros and cons. I am happy for the group to decide how often and where to meet.
