Babette is a process consultant and coach, supporting teams and organisations in transformational processes as well as individuals and groups in leadership development. In addition, she is a trainer experienced both in online and face-to-face settings. She is a Faculty at the Presencing Institute, is lecturer at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Insitute as well as the Swiss Distance University of Applied Science. In her recent work, she supported leadership journeys for Multilateral Organisations, as well as for Swiss NGOs (focusing on access to health) and African NGOs (focusing on agricultural research and innovation). She holds a masters degree in Antropology, Political Science and Economics, as well as Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She currently lives in Berne, Switzerland.
