Deniz is a member of the core team at the Presencing Institute. Her role particularly includes operational coordination of online programs (u.lab, GAIA, U.Academy).

Deniz has worked in different non-profit organizations with a focus on inclusion through sports and Climate Justice. She has coordinated different 'sports for development' projects for people with disabilities and underserved communities. She is also experienced in offline and online event management on the global scale.

She is focusing on Diversity and Inclusion as well as accessibility in different contexts. Deniz believes in the power and beauty of diverse global spaces and working towards building an inclusive strategy for those spaces. Accessibility is another important component of her work to create inclusive spaces with the understanding of different needs and dynamics of the space.

Deniz has a BSc degree in Sociology and an MBA degree in Sports Management. She is currently based in Izmir, Turkey.
